Pete found himself in quite the predicament in late 2018 when he found himself about to be euthanized in an over-crowded animal control facility for no reason other than that he had been there for longer than most of the other dogs. Well, a sweet lady saw his potential and rescued him. After he stayed at a boarding facility for awhile, POP Rescue Team agreed to help him out and bring him on to the team! Pete is a great family dog. He has good manners, loves other animals, takes treats nicely, and loves to play! He can go on a hike or chill on the couch with you, Pete is happy to do what you want to do. His foster and the students who have taken him on rented walks and hikes have raved about how great and well-behaved he is. But Pete still hasn't found his forever home.
